With room for up to 4 guests, this is a great fit for small families, couples, business travelers, or guests visiting the area for work, appointments, or a quiet stay. 🏡 The unit is located on the basement floor and has its own private side entrance through the main gate, giving you a separate and convenient way to come and go during your stay. Inside, you’ll have private use of the entire basement apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, and the main living areas. 🌿 Guests are also welcome to enjoy the large backyard and BBQ area — a nice bonus for relaxed outdoor meals, fresh air, or simply spending time outside. Please bring your own folding chairs or blankets if you’d like to sit outside comfortably. 🔒 For the safety and comfort of all guests, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. We maintain a family-oriented environment and have a strict no-party, no-smoking, and no-drug policy. Thank you for helping us keep the home clean, safe, and respectful for everyone.

Guests who are direct booking, and for short and mid term stays, are required to sign the Guest Booking Agreement prior to check in. (Please see below). Payment: Full payment is required before check-in. Non-payment may result in refusal of entry or removal. 3. Stay Period: You agree to check out by the time specified in your booking. Staying past checkout is trespassing under Ontario law. 4. Innkeepers Act: This Agreement is subject to the Innkeepers Act (Ontario), including: • The Host has a lien on your property for unpaid charges. • The Host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables unless deposited with the Host. • The Host may remove any guest who is disorderly, unlawful, or refuses to pay. 5. House Rules: You agree to follow all posted house rules. Disturbances, illegal activity, or violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. 6.
