As shown in the exterior property photos, your private entrance is located at the side of the house (through the main gate). For the safety and comfort of all guests, our property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior. We maintain a family-oriented environment and have a strict no-party, no-smoking, and no-drug policy. Thank you for respecting our home. You have use of the basement floor unit, and can use the backyard and BBQ. Bring your own folding chairs or blankets to enjoy a comfortable time in the large backyard.

Guests who are direct booking, and for short and mid term stays, are required to sign the Guest Booking Agreement prior to check in. (Please see below).
