🏡 This spacious upper-unit home gives guests private use of the main and upper floors, offering plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy your stay. 🛋️ The main living area features a very large, comfortable couch, perfect for lounging after a long day. Upstairs, the large loft adds even more flexible space, with two additional couches and enough room to accommodate a blow-up mattress if arranged in advance. 🛏️ The home is set up for up to 6 guests, but larger groups of 7 or 8 may be possible by request. Please message us before booking with a larger group so we can confirm the setup and make sure you have what you need for a comfortable stay. Extra guest fees may apply. 🌿 During warmer months, guests may enjoy shared use of the backyard. There is also a small private balcony off the living room, perfect for fresh air, morning coffee, or a quiet moment outside. 🌱 The backyard may include a veggie and herb garden during warmer months, adding a warm, homey touch to the outdoor space. ✅ Please note that the basement is a completely separate, private, isolated unit and is not included in your stay. The basement resident is friendly and may assist with simple maintenance needs, such as gardening, providing extra blankets, or helping with small requests that may come up during your visit. 💬 Feel free to say hello, and know that we are here to respond quickly to any needs or concerns during your stay.

Other Details to Note

Guests who are direct booking, and for short and mid term stays, must sign and acknowledge the Guest Booking Agreement prior to check in. (Please see below). The kitchen is equipped with a few items for your convenience, pots, pans, cooking utensils, salt and pepper. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking you may want to bring your own supplies, but touch base with us! We may have what you need already there. There is no dishwasher/no use of dishwasher. Please wash your used dishes by the end of your stay. (Unfortunately we’ve had ongoing trouble with the dishwasher getting clogged and overflowing, we even installed a new one. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we’ve decided this is best for everyone to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay). Also there are two free parking spaces available for guests. Please park Tandem parking, on the right side closest to the grass. Guests will check in with an entry code which is provided close to your check in time of 4pm. When the unit is vacant and cleaned for your stay, we set a private individual pass code for your privacy and peace of mind. There is a bin in the linen closet for your dirty towels and a basket provided in the main bedroom if you need for laundry or dirty clothes.
